Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he started in 2007. He also serves as the Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is driven to train the future generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling Change lives through the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie and their three children.
