Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is an American actress. Her debut in film was Bad Boys (1983). Following that, she joined the Bratpack and starred as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award Best Female leading for her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy has been an American author and actress for over 20 years. The early 1980s were when she began her career on film by appearing in the crime action film Bad Boys. She was highly acclaimed for the film. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, where other actors were notable, such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Her debut success led her to appear in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama from 1985. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club is regarded as among most memorable films of high school cinema. Although it was the budget of $1 million, the movie's revenues exceeded $50 million. Meanwhile she had also started being featured in various shows on TV such as CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. It was a show for teenagers and began airing in April of 1980. The actress also appeared in other shows on TV, including Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. In Little Sister she makes a appearance as a guest. She also appears in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film with her part being only a short cameo. Sheedy for her amazing performances has received numerous awards, one of which was her MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in the year 2005.
